Mei Jiang, is delighted to welcome Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Leung from Spring Moon Chinese restaurant at the legendary Peninsula Hong Kong as a Guest Chef to present his signature Cantonese dishes for lunch and dinner.
Guests will have the opportunity to delight in Chef Leung’s signature dishes such as Braised Half Duck stuffed with assorted Meat, Mushrooms, Beans and Salty Eggs, Pan-fried Abalone with supreme soy sauce, and Scrambled Eggs with shredded Shrimps, Crab Meat and Bean Sprouts, all cooked in a way that preserves their authenticity.
